The HR Executive will focus on employee relations, welfare initiatives, and statutory compliance to ensure a positive, compliant workplace environment. This role does not involve recruitment and is centred on people management and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee handling, engagement, and grievance resolution
- Drive employee welfare initiatives, engagement activities, and workplace well-being programs
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
- Manage POSH compliance, including awareness programs, documentation, and coordination with the Internal Committee
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and compliance-related registers
- Support disciplinary processes, audits, and statutory reporting
Preferred Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, or compliance-focused roles
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and POSH regulations
- Excellent employee handling, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
